How to consult the stock status of my products on iPad

It is likely that you need to consult the theoretical stock status of your products in order to be able to compare them with what you actually have in store or for other reasons...



To achieve this, simply follow these steps: 

  • Unlock your session

If you don't land directly on the menu, press the 3 dashes at the top left of your screen to go there.

 

 

  • In the " Supply " section click on "Orders Follow-up status".

 

 

This will give you access to your theoretical stock data.



  • Press the "Refresh" button located in the upper right part of your screen, to make sure that the data you will be displayed will be updated 



For products with variants, simply click on the product in question to view the stock status of each of its variants
